NVQ level 3 course is advanced and aimed at those students who already hold a level 2 certificate. Although this is not a prerequisite, you can obtain your level 3 qualifications without holding a full level 2 qualification. However you will need facial diploma as a minimum in order to carry out level 3 electrical. For employability it is better to have both level 2 and level 3.

This course offers the full Beauty Therapy NVQ qualification which is nationally recognised by all employers within the industry – (VTCT)

Course Content – NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy General

• Unit G22 Monitor procedures to safely control work operation
• Unit H32 Contribute to the planning and implementation of promotional activities
• Unit B13 Provide body electrical treatments
• Unit B14 Provide facial electrical treatments
• Unit B20 Provide body massage
• Unit B29 Provide electrical epilation treatments
• Anatomy & Physiology

You need to include another unit – please pick one of the following units

• Unit B23 Provide Indian head massage & Unit G11 Contribute to the financial effectiveness of the business

• Unit B28 Provide stone therapy treatments

The course includes theory work, assignments, portfolio referencing/evidence and demonstrations. You will receive full guidance and monitoring throughout your course and help will be at hand in and out of CS Beauty Academy –

On successfully completion of the course you will gain an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification from the awarding body VTCT and a CS Beauty Academy Diploma.
