NVQ level 2 course aimed and designed for the total beginner who is looking to start a career in Beauty Therapy.
This course offers the full Beauty Therapy NVQ qualification which is nationally recognised by all employers within the industry – (VTCT)
Course Content – NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy
- Unit G20 Ensure responsibility for actions to reduce risks to health & safety
- Unit G18 Promote additional services or products to clients
- Unit G8 Develop and maintain effectiveness at work
- Unit G4 Fulfil salon reception duties
- Unit B4 Facials
- Unit B5 Eyelash & brow tinting, shaping & false lashes
- Unit B6 Waxing
- Unit N2 Manicure
- Unit N3 Pedicure
- Unit B8 Make-up
- Anatomy & Physiology
The course includes theory work, assignments, portfolio referencing/evidence and demonstrations. You will receive full guidance and monitoring throughout your course and help will be at hand in and out of CS Beauty Academy –
Our aim is to cater to your every need during you training experience, big or small – face to face – telephone – email; all you have to do is ask!
You will be provided with all the necessary equipment for the course including a beauty kit* and work packs/notes.
On successfully completion of the course you will gain an NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification from the awarding body VTCT and a CS Beauty Academy Diploma.
Qualification: will enable you to obtain public liability insurance.
